Our 10 stage carpet cleaning system
Stage 1 - Inspection

Step 2 - Turbo vacuum
Our turbo vacuum is so powerful that it will lift all of the micro dirt from deep under the carpet fibres for you. This will help to restore your carpet to its original state.
Stage 3 - Treat stains
Your rug is gently submerged in a cleaning solution specifically chosen for its material type. This soaking allows the treatment to penetrate deep into the fibres for a truly thorough clean.
Stage 4 - Treat carpet
Similar to stage three, we also treat the entire carpet which will remove all of the dirt and grime.
Step 5 - Run Blocker
Carpets are made of various different materials which can bleed colour however our run blocker stops that process.
Step 6 - Pile Reformer
Carpet fibres will get crushed over time with footfall. Our pile reforming machine will loosen up the dirt and reform the carpet pile giving you that soft spongy feel you had when the carpet was freshly laid.
Step 7 - Hot Water Extraction
Low pressure hot water will be injected into the carpet fibres cleaning every fibre from dirt and grime. Then it will be extracted removing all allergens immediately. This is especially ideal for people who may suffer with allergies.
Step 8 - Steam & Sanitise
Our steam a sanitising machine will steam all of the carpet including the base at very hot temperature killing up to 99.9% of bacteria instantly. At the same time our machine will also remove odours going as far down as the underlay, something most companies aren’t able to do.
Step 9 - Quick Dry System

Do you leave my carpet clean and dry?
Yes we do leave your carpet clean and touch-dry. We want to leave your carpet ready to be walked on and ensure that it isn’t going to gather mould from excess water. That’s why we use only the latest technology in carpet cleaning to ensure we leave you a happy customer, 100% guaranteed.
Will you charge me to come and see my rooms to quote them?
Absolutely not. We are an established company here to help the Midlands with their carpet cleaning. We wouldn’t have been in business as long as we have if we charged people a call out to quote. So have no fear, we can send a technician absolutely free to assess your carpets and the work needed.
What kind of bugs can be found in carpet?
There are a few nasty little critters that can be found in your carpets. Among them are carpet beetles and black carpet beetles. These beetles don’t just live inside carpets but can also be found in clothing, furs and fabric including your sofa.
You’ll also want to know that pesky bed bugs also live inside carpet, not just mattresses as the name may suggest. These are hard to see but can multiply quickly so it’s important to have your carpet cleaned professionally if you spot these.
Dust mites are tiny pests that typically are known to cause allergies. These little critters thrive in carpets, where a female dust mite can produce around a hundred eggs!
Carpet moths come from when a moth lays its eggs in carpet and the caterpillars which hatch, then eat away at the carpet around them. Wool is their favourite material to munch on but they are also found in cotton and silk fabrics. These little critters can cause severe infestations so need to be dealt with swiftly.
Fleas are another insect that lurch in your carpets. Especially if you have pets, you’ll notice during the summer seasons this can dramatically increase their numbers. Flea powder often isn’t enough to kill all the fleas, and even if one remains, it can latch back onto your pet and breed. The droppings of a flea can sit within your carpet and cause allergies.
You can also see ants and sliverfish making their way into your carpets. These pests won’t just stop there though, they’ll be happy enough to take a trip to your kitchen and bathroom and any other area which may be moist enough for their environment or hold food.
Can household vacuums get rid of bugs that live in the carpet?
Unfortunately regular household vacuums can only remove around 20% of pests at the top of the surface. We at Deep Clean Extreme will get deep into your carpets, upholstery, curtains and mattresses and extract dirt, grime and allergens. Using a hot water extraction and steam and sanitising equipment, we leave your carpets pest, bacteria and virus free. Our unique quick dry system will leave everything we clean touch dry.
Will you remove carpet stains?
Yes we will, we have the latest machinery specialised in removing stains that go deep into your carpets. Should your carpet have damage through bleaching or burns, we can also offer a carpet dyeing service.

Yes we do. We’re fully insured also and have years of experience moving a wide range of furniture so we know how to look after your belongings
What hours and days do you work?
We work 7 days a week between 8am to 8pm.
After hours can be arranged for commercial and business customers.
How much will it cost to clean my carpet?
Every job is different so we can’t give prices without first understanding your requirements, and the area we’re covering. It’s why we’re happy to come to your home or site to assess and then provide a free quote.

What questions might we ask you?
We’ll need to know what your carpet is made from. For example: wool; nylon; polyester; olefin; polypropylene; acrylic.
All of the above have to be cleaned in a unique way to suit the fibres. Wrong cleaning methods will result in carpet damage, which is why we offer a free onsite inspection and identify all carpets before we start work.
We will also ask if you have pets and whether you have any stain marks that will need our attention. If you’re unable to have an onsite visit we do ask for you to send us a few photos which you can do via our contact form, emailing us or via your phone.
We’ll also want to know if there will be furniture in the room and whether you require help moving the furniture.

What can you expect on the day of carpet cleaning?
Please note we use commercial grade equipment which can be a trip hazard so we ask customers to ensure young children are kept away from where we are working and away from the equipment.
We also advise customers there will be cables and vacuum hoses around the house. We will alway work from the highest floor and work our way down and out, so the last thing we clean is the main entrance as this eliminates us having to re-clean over ourselves, starting from the furthest point to the main entrance.
There will be some noise from the machines we use. We ask customers not to walk on any area we are cleaning until we have completed and fully dried the area and are satisfied with our work.
Our work is fully guaranteed so we make sure we do the best job we can. We are known for taking our time and our keen attention to detail.
